My fault I guess. Bought this frother February 22,2023. It quit right after the return window closed. This is the second time. Thankfully the manufacturer was very helpful and issued a full refund. Only buy this product if you want to chat with Bizewo customer service

The cost was inexpensive very easy to use and does an excellent job with heating foaming and cold milk.

This is my second milk foamer and much nicer than the one that wore out. I like that I can choose the density of the foam, as well as choose between hot and cold. I am delighting in the dense foam, which is super creamy, and really super charges my mid morning coffee.
